Summary

Senate Bill 333 amends Kansas water statutes to prohibit public water systems from adding fluoride additives to drinking water. It removes existing procedures that allow communities to adopt fluoridation and adds a definition of “water quality additive” that excludes fluoride, then bars the use of any additive in a public water supply that does not meet this new definition.
